I have a Samsung Laptop here Board Number BA41-02792A PCH starts but CPU does not. Laptop Number is NP950QCG I want to rule out BIOS Issues. Attached is the OLD Dump of the BIOS, I need a new BIOS file for that model or the old one repaired. Thank you !

hello i have a dell inspiron with the following motherboard Vegas/Turis MLK KBL -R 17841-1 my problem is that fan is not working even a new fan does not work. when i measure with the multimeter i have 2.645V on the possitive on the fan and the fan is 5V is this bios problem or hardware?any ideas?
