hello i have a dell inspiron with the following motherboard Vegas/Turis MLK KBL -R 17841-1 my problem is that fan is not working even a new fan does not work. when i measure with the multimeter i have 2.645V on the possitive on the fan and the fan is 5V is this bios problem or hardware?any ideas?
