    Aspire E5-772G not charging

    hello , i have Aspire E5-772G and i change battery by new original. i have probleme not charging, when i test battery 12v i just have 2.5v and if i unplug charger the laptop shutdown. in boardview i see the pn4301 chip just no have the part number can i help me please thanks
