Hi, I got this laptop. It didn't power on. PCH was shorted. Replaced it. It turns on and off in a second or so. Checked voltage rails. No short. I tried every bios I found here. With bad bios the caps lock flashes 5 long and 3 short. With good bios the laptops turns on and off. Still bad PCH?
