no have two bios 16mb
I think the 8MB chip has been replaced with a 16MB chip that's why after backing up you have a 16MB BIOS file.

model this main bios only have 8mb

I have 2 of this device and both are 16m. I entered your BIOS and the device turns on and off several times and then turns off
