Hi
Could you provide a picture of that chip bios?
The one a have here is MX77L128 , my RT809H can't ready it. Do you know any chip can be replaced instead?

When you hit Smart Identify SmartID button, you get error that the chip ID can not be find.
Then you have the option to add manually.
You add like this : Part number : MX77L128 ; Algorithm equal : W25Q128 ; Chip ID is already completed ; Manufacturer : Macronix ; Added By : Whatever .

You click Add.

Then restart the program and try again with Smart Identify SmartID . It should work!
