RT809H can read it. Just add the chip manually.

When you hit Smart Identify SmartID button, you get error that the chip ID can not be find.
Then you have the option to add manually.
You add like this : Part number : MX77L128 ; Algorithm equal : W25Q128 ; Chip ID is already completed ; Manufacturer : Macronix ; Added By : Whatever .

You click Add.

Then restart the program and try again with Smart Identify SmartID . It should work!
