I have the same problem. Surface ME driver doesn't work property, and when i go to UEFI settings, Intel Management Engine shows 0.0.0.0 version. Surface Pro 4 I tryed other bios versions, but still same problem, changed disk = same problem, reinstall system with original = same problem, copy...

Doing some new tests I realize something, after I push power, the consum do not go to 0A, stuck at 0.024A and keep like this, even when push power, nothing happend, still 0.024A.
