Ask HP240 G8 - BOARD: HEDWIG01-6050A3158901-MB-A01 (A1)

I have this board here on my desktop, at the start when I push the power button the power supply consum went from 0.000 to 0.950A and stuck on this, we have the fan working, cpu heating normally and etc, but we do not have vídeo or any sounds.

I started to think about the BIOS, and I found here in the forums some BIOS and did the process... backup and update.
After this, I have this board going to 0.250A and after 3 seconds it go again to 0A, and keep like this, I tried to flash the BIOS backup again, but keep doing the same thing and I don´t really know how to proceed.

I have 5v 3v 1.8v.
Main voltages and some secondary, but I think this is not a exacly board problem.

Someone can help me with this? I´m accepting everything what helps.

If someone have BIOS, schematics or boardview, something like that will help alot.

Doing some new tests I realize something, after I push power, the consum do not go to 0A, stuck at 0.024A and keep like this, even when push power, nothing happend, still 0.024A.
 
Still doing the same thing, bad feelings, have some tips for me? when i tested whitout the bios, the consum is the same, it is just like the motherboard do not recognize que bios, do you have the schematic for this model?

try more bios new and check hardware
