this IC is a step down regulator - RT6585B possibly if getting HOT , chek for the LDO pins 3 and 13 , but i bet more on pin 3 , its a 3V ldo that supply the SIO and the RTC supplys . one of does are in short for sure . best way to see it is the injection method , use a bench power source use 2...
