Motherboard is not working, after screen replaced,

I was able to use with broken screen with an external screen but i replaced the screen and it is not working now.

No lights no fans at all

I have tested and found this chip is gettin too hot, i can not touch it,

What should i do ?

possibly if getting HOT , chek for the LDO pins 3 and 13 , but i bet more on pin 3 , its a 3V ldo that supply the SIO and the RTC supplys . one of does are in short for sure . best way to see it is the injection method , use a bench power source use 2 amps and start with 1 volts on pin 3 of this IC ( if you notice that you have a low impedance here ) even so inject anyway , i've seen many shorts masked by a diode and measuring this pin it wasn't in short but once i apply some current it wold show a short somewhere .
