- Pierde la etiqueta de servicio.
- TPM no detectado.
- Enciende y carga Windows normalmente.
- Se apaga al reiniciar y no se vuelve a encender.
- Se vuelve a encender después de un corte de energía o una desconexión de la batería.
- BIOS actualizado a 1.41.0.

• Laptop powers on and boots into Windows normally.
• System operates correctly while running.
• After performing a restart, the laptop shuts down but fails to power back on.
• The system can be revived by disconnecting the battery or performing a power drain (holding the power button for ~30 seconds).
• Service Tag disappears intermittently after battery disconnection.
• TPM device is not detected.
• BIOS was updated successfully to version 1.41.0, but the issue remains.
• 3VALW and 5VALW rails are present during the failure state.
• VCORE is present (~0.861V) when the system starts normally, but absent when the no-power condition occurs.
• The EC responds to the power button (charging LED flashes briefly), but the system does not complete the power-on sequence.
