My laptop Dell Inspiron 14 5425 – Ryzen 4000 Series , made an update by Windows Update I think , and it's broken , only lights up the keyboard then restarts in loop , also the fan is spinning very fast. I go to 2 services here in Romania in my zone and they say the cpu is faulty and another one say the 19V rail it's broken. Also the ticket from Dell says to replace the motherboard. I think it is the bios , I buyed a CH341 and extracted an 8MB bin file , I'm attaching here to you.

Eso es error de linea PSID, se soluciona con un jumper, supongo que probaste con varios cargadores.

ko có bios gốc thì ko có gì để sửa hết bạn, lên ko chuẩn cụ thể như nào
