thanks thien, but i still have the same issue, fan is allways 100% and computer doesn't boot, it keeps rebooting.
I used another bios to test and with another bios boots ok. but i wanted to keep my settings, is this possible?

If the builds do not work, you need to try another BIOS to see if the problem is due to the BIOS
I tried another bios and it work.
What changes in Builds? Is it just CleanME? or do you get a bios from dell and rebuild it by hand?

With this BIOS i'm sending, the computer does not have any power, not even the led's turn on.
I have tried another BIOS (the one from post #130), and the computer already powers on, but only GPU fan is working.
I've tried the CPU fan, in the GPU fan connector, and it work's....
Diagnostic, says that there is a problem with CPU fan
