Hello, can you fix my bios? My machine restarts after 3 seconds, no matter what i do with it. Without RAM it stays on, while blinking an error, but when is change to another, same 3sec restart again. Maybe Clear ME solve this?

With your bios, at the top, after i power on, FAN max, and still keep restarting. Only difference is the fan speed. same restarting methode.
