may not be a clearme issue
When you turn it on..it's restart itself several times before the display comes and after that..when You turn it off and you turn it on again it restart itself several times...so any time you turn it on its still in delay boot but restart itself over and over again....but the old file is normal just that it's takes 25seconds before the display comes
Please make one video 25s I check
I think it has another error like pressing Alt+f …..etc
