Hello, I need help, there is a sound when running, and sometimes it works, what is the problem

these boards have two major issues: corroded mosfet near the usb c pd-controller and broken EC rom (buggy charging circuit, stuttering touchpad - check with amp meter. the device won't start unless you do a cmos reset or the device won't charge at all or just sometimes post. no guarantee here, just talking out of experience)!
