macbook pro A1502 bios !! help

i have macbook pro A1502 / board: 820-4924-A , with bios password locked
and i want to read bios backup
because the bios chip is new from winbond , i have soldered thin wires to chip pinouts
but programm not find chip : no connection
i tested without battery
programmer is EZP2013
any idea ??? for help !

i have removed chip and was detected well
readed dump
and get unlocked bios from our master ThienBui
