Already installed newest chipset drivers. It even turns of in BIOS menu after exactily 30 min.

Just solved it by running my original bios through "Intel Easy Clean ME"-Tool.

Same problem. Did it right? Flashing new Bios - Cold Start ( with 3.3v CMOS) only neccessairys incl. external Keyboard, no pictuce and (fan for 2 sec on, power up led on, no reaction on capslock or numlock, restarting procedure after 15 sec)

Try adding another bios to compare. If you get the same result, it's not due to the bios
