Video works. It turns on.
Do you have another bios?
Sometimes there is a problem with turning on and the motherboard will start for a long time.

sorry to bother once more.
my problem is that with the old bios is display when i master reset it but the switch cant power it off or on, yet i get 4.5v on the switch, what could be the problem?
any one with knowledge on this sould kindly help...

Yes yet as i know no have solution without Code you cannot read without schematic Mec.. .Only solution buy response code and done.Or you buy code you need search google have many guys sell code
