Hi. I tested that bios "GD25Q128_20191213_105339-LA-G712P.BIN version 1.4.1" on my Dell 3583 using a CH341A and it worked. If you use Dell 3583 or its variants never update to version 1.7.0 cause Dell locked bios downgrade on this version.
