Hello everyone.
I have a strange case and I would like to have your opinion.
I have a HP 15-r003np with a Core i3 and a Nvidia GT820M. Motherboard model LA-A999P.
The laptop was disassembled to do a thermal compound replacement by the costumer, but he damaged the power button in the process. I've already fixed that problem, but now I notice something different.
Problem:
- Clean windows 10 1903 install. The nvidia graphics card is missing from the device manager!
What I've did:
- Reflash bios BID0226C.F45 - no change
- Check DGPU_PWR_EN - 3.3v
- Check DGPU_PWR_OK - 3.3v
- Check GPU vcore: 1.05v
- Check VRam voltage: 1.5v
- Check if GPU heats up: true
Boardview (from a998p) and schematics: https://vinafix.com/threads/hp-15-r082sr-la-a999p.15639/
Does anyone have any ideas on how to proceed from here?
Thank you
