your File Works, Notebook Starts normal up to Windows.
Your BIOS (build-s.bin.zip) Version is GIET75WW (2.25)
I tried to update to 2.30 GIET80WW with EC 1.14 ( EC one higher than Actual )
and embeded Controller is not flashed again and same behavior as beginning.
EC Defect ?

What you mean ?
So no BIOS Update is Possible because EC is not flashed at every attempt to update the BIOS and the Unit have then the Fault as described again.
(With Ac Power connected Unit Power on and show message " Flashing Embedded Controller... Please do not Power off! " at every Start
Nothing more happens - Power off only with AKKU Reset)
Is the EC defekt ? or something other ?
I need to see what happens on your computer, I can't send a picture from the website and ask me what I think. Understand ?

With Ac Power connected Unit Power on and show message " Flashing Embedded Controller... Please do not Power off! " at every Start
Nothing more happens - Power off only with AKKU Reset
found installed BIOS version actual and EC Version very old
Action:
I installed the BIOS you sended to me .
Now No Flashing Message at Boot any more -- Notebook Starts normal up to Windows and works

next Action :
i tried to update the BIOS and EC
Startet the giuj18us.exe ..
Notebook restarts and update the BIOS .
Without going to Windows Notebook restarts again and try to flash EC and freeze :
" Flashing Embedded Controller... Please do not Power off! "
Nothing more happens - Power off only with AKKU Reset
All action again with actual BIOS Version giuj33us.exe and same Problem

version EC current is what ? take photo CMOS i check, and where update have any error what send photo i check....

BIOS Version is GIET75WW 2.25
EC Version is GIHT28WW 1.13 not updateable
need to update to actual BIOS 2.46 and EC 1.17

Thank you for the File , but that solves not the Problem.
Actual Failure :
it is not possible to update the EC Version by the normal giuj33us.exe
tool not open bv file
but you only request software ?
