Hi everybody, I need your help. I have a Z Book that won't come out of hibernation. Also if it's turned off for a while it won't start up. When you take out the battery and put it back in turns on. Have you ever encountered same problem? Problem is because I don't know if its software or hardware problem. What I've already tried is power setttings in windows, updating Bios, new battery, nothing helps... Thank you for your answers.

No, laptop is working just fine. No problems. But when I turn it off and try to turn it on after maybe 1 or 2 hours, it won't turn on. No lights, nothing. If I take battery out and put it in again, it turns on.
i think chipset or IO have problem, you need open laptop and check all hardware.
