Hello. I need flash for IT8176FN-56A keyboard controller for NM-C371 Rev 1.0 motherboard. Lenovo Legion Y540-15IRH-PG0

Unfortunately, I removed the program and the LED backlight and the entire keyboard does not work.

I've been programming since the y-700, but the function keys don't work properly.

In this motherboard from keyboard port you connect to IT8176FN-56A chip, not IT8226E-192 BXA

if you remove the memory, the keyboard will stop working and the keyboard backlight will stop.

Thien i am with the same problem with two lenovos, they have problems, change the KBC and now turn on and no keyboard, i need to program IT8176FN-56A do you have dump ? for this ?

Ugh. Same problem here. Tried a BIOS flash hoping it would also update the kbc firmware. It updates the EC but not the keyboard controller. Why is Lenovo using a separate keyboard controller here anyway? :-( No idea what to do now. Can't give it back to customer telling that the keyboard does not work. If somebody has the key to this please share!!

UPDATE! Somehow managed to fix this. Apparantly performing a BIOS update through Windows did the trick! After a firm reboot all keys work now. So I assume kbc firmware is also updated together with kbc and BIOS + ME.
