I used the above file (XPS_8930.BIN ).. for some reason it knocks out the rear ONLY thunderbolt/usb connectors which were ok ....
here is my original file.. which has problem no working with i5-9 and above CPU...
when I use XPS_8930.BIN machine does turns on with i5-9 and above cpu
ill enclose original and your file.

i try.. machine now has no issue with Dell logo delay.. but new problem .. rear thunderbolt and adjacent usb not working.. i attached bios.. i tried buildsss.zip .. but on this machine not worked.. when i use.. it again gives me Dell logo delay but no issue with rear thunderbolt

this bios gives no dell logo display delay issue .. but disables the rear thunderbolt and adjacent single USB..
if i use buildsss.zip.. give me opposite issue..
I don't understand what you said is it BIOS problem?
because issue dell splash logo delay.. machine take 1 min to switch on.. rear thunderbolt and adjacent usb rear ok.. no hardware problem
but after use your flash ..
machine turn on 10-15 sec.. but now rear thunderbolt and adjacent usb not working.. all other ports ok so now hardware problem..
when we switch back to original bios.. no hardware problem but again 1 min to turn on
i've tried
buildsss.zip (this worked ok 9th gen ok ports ok delay dropped from 1 min to 10-15s on several of our machines.. but not this one..) ..
last clear me.zip knocked out the ports but machine turned on immediately not 10-15s
the first clear_me.zip you made .. knocked out rear thunderbolt and adjacent usb on all our 10 machines and didnt solve 9th gen issue...
we notice motherboard batch numbers slightly different even though revision say same for all.. 9th gen processor not work on all machine.. even if we use 8th gen and latest bios flash
this is why i attach my bios in my recent post for this machine i am working on which when used doest give a rear thunderbolt issue.. but only a start up delay problem
i will send motherboard pictures shortly...
but after use your flash ..

computer not shutting down - when clicking on shutdown then computer automatically restart - is this bios related issue ?
need try one bios new and compare
