Ask X513EA – EXTRACT the EC from my attached 16MB

Hello,

Please extract the EC/KBC firmware (128KB) for ITE IT5125 from my attached 16MB BIOS dump (ASUS K513E / X513EA Rev R2.0). Return as EC.bin (128KB). If possible, note version/offset. I’ll program the EC via SVOD.


Model / Board

• Model: ASUS VivoBook 15 K513E / X513EA
• Mainboard: X513EA – Rev R2.0
• EC/KBC: ITE IT5125 (QFP128)
• CPU: Intel (Tiger Lake)
• Status: +3V/+5V_ALW ok, ~40 mA idle, no power-up sequence (likely EC/BIOS mismatch)

Attachments

• Original 16MB BIOS dump (attached) — you can extract S/N from DMI if needed
• QR sticker photo (attached)

I need the original (non-rebuild) BIOS (16MB) and the matching EC/KBC firmware (128KB) for ASUS VivoBook 15 K513E , board X513EA R2.0.

• Model: ASUS VivoBook 15 K513E / X513EA
• Mainboard: X513EA, **Rev R2.0
• EC/KBC: ITE IT5125 (QFP128) – was physically replaced (original chip was damaged).
• CPU family: Intel
• Current status: Board powers in S5 with +3V/+5V_ALW; stable idle draw ~40 mA; no power-up sequence (likely EC/BIOS mismatch)

What I’m requesting​

1. Original 16MB SPI BIOS for X513EA Rev R2.0 (not a rebuild; stock image OK).
2. Matching EC firmware (128KB) for ITE IT5125 (for Rev R2.0).
3. If possible, help to extract the EC (128KB) from my original BIOS dump (attached) to keep it 100% aligned with my board.

What I can provide​

• Serial Number (S/N): If needed, please extract it from the attached 16MB dump. The bottom cover doesn’t have the sticker.
• QR sticker photo from chassis/board (attached)
• My original 16MB BIOS dump (attached)
• EC can be programmed via SVOD

Goal is maximum compatibility (NVMe detection, proper power-up, ME/TPM OK)
