I have a problem. My customer brought me a ThinkPad X270 because a BIOS update failed and it doesn’t boot. I have flashed several .bin files like this one, but when it starts it shows the typical CMOS battery error asking to press F1, and when I press F1 it asks for a password. The client says he never set any password.
Should I pay for the patch? The .bin I have flashed right now is the one from the message mentioned.
