WD My cloud EX2 ultra after boot up have a red power light. I tried to reset device by using reset button, change motherboard baterry and nothing change. I also scan my netwoork and device is invisible by Ip scanner. I tried with or without drives. Is there any possibility to reinstall firmware or somethnig like this or any other instruction how to fix device?
