Does anyone how to install this BIOS with BIN format?
Also what is the clear me used for and do I need it?

This is a basic technique that all technicians need to know.
If it's not technical, I advise you not to use it, it will damage your laptop

I'm an electronist but I've never repaired the BIOS on laptops, only on TVs. I know it can damage the laptop, it's fine. I just need to learn the method how to install the BIOS on laptop using the tool.
 
I'm a job electronist. But I have never done repairs on laptops (BIOS) just TVs. Can you give me, please a lick where to take it...

This is the basic formula. I don't instruct it to need a formal learning process.
You can search YouTube with the programming tool you have to know how to use it
