Ask URGENT HP ELITEBOOK 840 G3 REMOVE LICENSE NEEDED

I have a big problem with a batch of HP ELITEBOOK 840 G3 laptops. When I install W10, when checking the license in BIOS, information about the previous owner company appears on the screen and we cannot sell them so as not to violate the data protection law.

Please, what EXACT steps should I follow to DELETE the Windows license currently in BIOS?

i mean to delete the windows key from BIOS, this is exactly what I need to assign a new key during Windows Installation and to not prompt the information of the previous company linked to the Windows key actually stored on BIOS
