UNABLE TO DISABLE ONBOARD RAM ASUS

Hello everyone!

Sorry to disturb, maybe its just a simple thing, but i have an asus s400ca rev 2.1 motherboard, with bad ram on it, and i have try to disble ram by switching the 2 resistance, but THIS FUCKING RAM WONT DESACTIVE!!!!

I have miss something maybe??

ok thanks the motherboard works very well, but with memtest, it gives me error on ram (and of course blue screen appears on windows) with external ram, no error on it so i am sure one or multiple chip on onboard are dead ^^
