So in theory I need to unsolder the Bios Chip and program it with this tool and then put it again in the motherborard?

I just need to update/replace the Bios with the original one, I have a computer with a version of this Bios but its modified with a custom logo at start up and other things...
Exists a way to update/install the bios without this manual process?
