Hi! with my old bios the system doesnt Boot.
With you bios: Toshiba Satellite-L50-B-1T2 PSKTKE (DA0BLIMB6F0 Rev.F).zip, the system boot but after 18 seconds.
Colud you check my old bios? I think it's not normal for it to take so long
