Hello to everyone

Currently, there are 5 TongFang brand motherboards in our service. All different models.
GI5CPXX
GI5CNXAMB V1.0
GI5CNXAMB V1.1
GJ5CNXX
GK5CP5Z

All motherboards are the same, the problems are the same. No response when pressing the on/off button.
After waiting for 15-20 seconds, it draws 300 milliamperes of current and turns off.
Please watch the video. There is a problem.

Any idea about the problem? I think this is a chronic issue unique to TongFang.

Standby voltages: 3.3V , 5V ,1.05V and 1.8V
Voltages after power up: 1.2V ram, 0.8V GPU and 1.35V VRAM
never existed: +VCCIO , +VCCSA, +VCORE, +VCCGT

Bios tried. Processor replaced and tested. Southbridge tried. Display chip tested. The problem hasn't changed. Replaced MP2949A.

A device that sells very well in our country comes in for repair 2-3 times a month due to the same issue. The solution is to replace the SR40B or SRJAU, but the chipset must be brand new. Refurbished chips do not work. The cause of this issue is the depletion of the BIOS battery. For every device that comes in with this issue, be sure to check the BIOS battery; it will definitely be depleted."
