i had password on lenovo think pad t460s and i replaced mec1653 with a new chip and i reprogramed with old files bios password is removed successful. but mouse pad not working and charging status no accurate think its bios problem please help with it

This problem may be the chip i / o MEC.
You need to check your leg or try a new chip.
or you can use chip old one reProgramming rom

this file is for lenovo think pad t460 machine it was ok and i upgrade bga cpu from i5 to i7 and cpu was not getting very hot after so i reprogrammed bios with the file from this forum cpu is warming up now but still no display please help
