Help with BIOS. Wont charge battery when boots past splashscreen/bios screen. Constant On/Off charge when below 10%. Appears to be firmware issue. Customer tried updating computer and shut down during update. Has issue since. Computer runs fine on battery only. USB-C reads 20V 0A.
