Thanks !! You are right problem with (0 Om resistors) I am have cheked all bios all have same problem if you not write about resistors I thought problem with bios and coudnt fix this Surface

Problem with resistors near CPU I found problem please tell everyone who have problem with display on but hang on LOGO and light black screen not loaded Windows !! Its problem with resistors near CPU
