Toshiba Satellite C850 DK10F 6050A2541801-MB-A02

Hi to all
Laptop Toshiba
Model C850 it work 30 minutes then Shotdown automatically
I flash bios same replace processor same
Pleas help

I HAVE a TOSHIBA C850-B798 .I upgrade cpu from pentium to i3-3110m
and have problem - notebook intermiten shutdown after 10-20 minute
I think this problem is BIOS.I need clear bios for mainboard which support Core i3-3110m

can try BIOS cleat me, and check chipset.

I have an issue with a CPU upgrade.
I changed i5-3230.
after shutdown 30Min.
I saw on the web it should be Intel ME blocking this.
Help me..
