I have downloaded RAR, extracted BIN file, copied BIN to USB flash (4gb, fat32 mbr formatted), renamed BIN to BIOS.fd and then on Toshiba laptop pressed Fn + Esc + Power button with this USB inserted (to enter bios recovery). Laptop seems to enter recovery mode (power button flashing) but nothing is happening. Im not sure is this BIOS.fd correct file name to be recognised in recovery mode, or am I missing something completely? Thanks

Laptop is stuck on logo screen and cannot enter BIOS. It seems it is bricked. Im trying to recover BIOS. What tool?
