my laptop ok. problem only charging i am flash bios then my laptop no dispaly & no backup file.

That indicates that your laptop is not working as it should. I can not help any more when many bios above do not work with your machine.

Because you have not tested all the bios I provided above. I provided many BIOS above but why you can not check all ?
Want to have a BIOS that fits your pc, your job is to try out all the BIOSes we provide., Note: I can not know which file is right for your machine
hey man , bios is ok , your problem is that you're only using the ME file .... when does files are CLEAR ME , you have to use both files ... EC and MAIN or else it will not work ok , for ex , turn on and off all the time and other issues ,
