BIOS samsung bios NP750QUB ?

I also have an issue regarding samsung laptop
But it's NP750QUA-K01
No display, power led turns blue, blinks 3-5 times, keyboard lights on but not working.
It restarts after led blinks 3 times
Is it bios issue?

Try another BIOS. If you have the same problem, you need to check the hardware

Same problem
Can you tell which component to check on motherboard?
Some people are saying that motherboard is dead but i don't know why they are saying this because fan also turns on but then stop and after restarting it again turns on and vice versa

I tried programming the above two files but none of them worked... i don't wanna loose my laptop
