Ask Request of BroadViewer file or schematic for Dell Optiplex 7010

As the tile says, i have a BOARD: PWB Rev A02 / P08D11M050CA02 / Q218-4065-V1.0, that it dosen't start. Tried with a different PSU, changing RAM's, no luck. So was trying to get the schemtic file or boardview file to try and repair it.

This does appear to be the one I need. But as I try to open the file, on the BoardViewer it says its damaged.

If you are a technician, you must know how to check and identify the problem from where no one can help you if they don't have a computer on hand.
