it doesn't work, it won't turn on with this, after pressing power button I get 3V on the BIOS for a few seconds then turn's off and there's no power on USB ports and keyboard backlight doesn't turn on

Hello, the situation is as follows: my client took his laptop to a repair shop, but they erased the BIOS and I think they also erased the chip that controls the EC; both are blank and have no information.
