I have used this bios, and when I turn on the equipment it shuts down 3 times and only then boots to the OS. I have already updated the bios and ME to the latest version and it always gives the same problem. is there any way to solve it.

I tried it and it works without a problem,

I have no bios without the message machine is not in committed state solved that works.

If you use this bios that I attached, it takes 25sec +/- to turn on but it turns on without any problem, Can you clean the ME please and remove the error message machine is not in committed state.
