I have an LA-J891P. No power. I have measured, no short circuit. I have no 3V3, and no 5V. 3V is normally provided by PU301 and 5V by PU501. Both voltages are normally always on. I have 19V at the PU301 and PU501 input (PIN 2-5). However, both do not switch through. I do not understand why. Does anyone have an idea?
