My desktop Model is OptiPlex 3040 N66F5 PWB REV A00, this bios is also not working. Please send me other file , which is working . i am attaching both file which is sanded by you and which is I am retrieve from old from desktop. No display but system working .​

do you think just trying to program the BIOS all problems will be solved? if you don't define the correct error then it can be worse than before.
