Проблема не решена. Ноутбук перезагружается три раза, но включается только в четвертый раз. BIOS не оригинальный, и я подозреваю, что конфликт вызван некорректными данными серийного номера. Можете ли вы переустановить BIOS с моими серийными номерами?

Yes, the laptop was after another service, and they changed the BIOS and didn't save the original one. After flashing a third-party BIOS, the laptop wouldn't boot up until the third reboot.
If the bios has changed then why did you attach the BIOS above, knowing that someone else damaged something else before you, there is no reason for them to change the bios
