I tried all bios of this post and same original problem.
CAPS BLINKING IN SEQUENCE, 5.3
(5 BLINK AND 3 BLINK FAST)

IN HP DOCUMENTATION IS:

i changed KBC for a new and reprogram AND SAME PROBLEM.
I check all motherboard and is good, all Voltajes is good.
Power Consumption when press power is 1.05 A.

Attach my original files (KBC AND MAIN) for you test.
