Please tell me, there is confusion. DANL8EMBCD0 REV D board, arrived with BIOS flashed. Nvidia 1060 graphics card is missing in Device Manager. I looked in the stitched dump, the NL8K board is indicated there. The board does not start with a dump from NL8E. Help me figure out what the problem is.

I spread the lady with which the board works, but there is no video card in the manager.
